Wellesley Middle school students spend the first two years here continuing their visual art studies in general studio art courses.\u00a0 These semester-long courses allow students to hone their elementary skills all while learning advanced\u00a0art techniques and be introduced to new art materials not previously shown in the elementary level.\u00a0 Both grade levels have been split up for students to have a chance to learn and master skills in both 2D and 3D formats such as\u00a0 drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture.\u00a0 Within the two years of Grade 6 and 7, students get to experience a wide variety of art materials and learn to express their artistic styles with each new challenge set forth.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
